Weld connection point between wheel arch - outer section /
partition panel and rear shelf.
Weld connection point between wheel arch - outer section / wheel
arch - inner section and rear shelf.
Weld side member cover joint.
Fit individual welding spots so close together that a continuous
seam is created.
Caution!
Locate welding spots in a way which prevents distortion
caused by heat elongation. Ensure that welded areas have
cooled sufficiently.
Danger of distortion!
Grind down mating surfaces.
Fit spare C-pillar, define separating points and cut out.
Caution!
Note:
If possible, manufacture reinforcement plate from metal scrap
from spare part.
