Removing and installing / replacing drive unit
for rear seat backrest adjustment
Rear seat backrest removed,
refer to 52 25 015
Disconnect bottom of cover and expose cable.
Unscrew bolts.
Pull actuator drive (1) downwards and remove both input shafts
(2).
Note:
Do not twist input shaft (2).
Installation:
Both transmissions must have the same adjustment setting.
If necessary, twist input shaft until the input gears (1) locate
firmly against the tooth segments (2).
Carry out operational check.
