Removing and installing / replacing brake
booster

Important!

Note "General Information",

refer to 34 00 ...

Remove the master brake cylinder,

refer to 34 31 500.

Remove left-hand windscreen wiper arm,

refer to 61 61 100.

Move the hood lid into assembly position.

Pull off the rubber seal (1).

Remove the securing clamps of the cover (2) up until the middle of
the windscreen. Pull the cover (2) upwards and away.

Release screws and remove cover.

Remove the cover (1).

Remove the line feed-through (2).

Pull the vacuum hose (3) off of the brake unit.
