Align and fasten the replacement part.
Install the belt height adjustment and correct the position of the
replacement part if necessary.
Distance (A) = 170 mm
Weld the reinforcement plate to the connection point B-column
from inside the passenger compartment.
Fit individual welding spots so close together that a continuous
seam is created.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Weld the reinforcement plate to the connection point B-column in
the cutout area.
Fit individual welding spots so close together that a continuous
seam is created.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Weld the joint surfaces of the side member.
Fit individual welding spots so close together that a continuous
seam is created.
Mark the door opening with points.
Weld the underbody.
Grind down welded surfaces.
