7 Series E38 730d (M57) SAL
Slide mechanism right forwards until slides locate in installation
aperture.
Lift sliding sections on left/right upwards to remove.
(1) Twist slide upwards.
(2) Pull sliding section upwards by lever to remove.
Run mechanism forwards.
Push back cross member.
Press down on retainer and pull out cross member completely.
Continue to run mechanism forwards until lever (arm) is in
installation aperture and can be lifted out.
