A replacement mobile phone will then be delivered by courier service directly from
Motorola within a few working days. This will have the correct software installed.
Once you have received the problem-free mobile phone, exchange this for the
customer's original, faulty unit. If a new battery is not supplied, take the battery from
the original mobile phone and insert it in the replacement phone. The SIM card
remains with the customer.
Immediately after exchanging the mobile phones, the original phone must be returned
by courier service to Motorola. The cost of the courier service will be paid by the
recipient (Motorola). A well-known courier service should be entrusted with the
delivery.
If the original faulty mobile phone is not returned to Motorola within a week, Motorola
will issue you an invoice for the mobile phone provided.
You will also be invoiced for the replacement mobile phone if you return a model
V3688 or V50 mobile phone or a SIM lock mobile phone to Motorola.

Material and labour costs incurred can be claimed through the usual warranty channels
subject to current warranty terms as follows:
