Installation
The installation of the oil pump is described separately from the
removal.
Caution!
Do not shear sealing ring on edge of housing.
Remove sealing ring and apply light coat of oil.
Insert unrefined oil line in engine block.
Remove sealing ring and apply light coat of oil.
Insert governing line (filtered oil) in engine block.
Note:
Preinstall sealing ring on governing line.
Replace sealing ring in oil pump.
