Replacing left or right push rod/integral link
Note:
If the integral link is detached from the wheel carrier or swinging
arm, it is necessary after reinstallation to carry out a wheel/chassis
alignment check.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove rear wheel.
•
Remove output shaft from rear differential
Use peening tool to mark position of eccentric screw relative to
swinging arm. This simplifies the subsequent task of adjusting toe.
Support wheel carrier with workshop jack.
Unfasten disc collar nut and screw.
Unscrew and remove eccentric bolt.
Remove integral link (1).
Installation:
Replace disc collar nut.
Tightening torque 33 32 22AZ and 33 32 21AZ
.
