Removing and installing/replacing rotation
rate sensor DSC3 up to 09/98
Note:
Removing driver's seat,
Standard seat, refer to 52 14 000
Comfort seat, refer to 52 17 000
Sports seat, refer to 52 16 000
Removing front inner rocker panel cover strip,
refer to 51 47 000
After replacing the rotating-speed sensor, calibration must be
carried out with DIS (Diagnosis and Information System)
under the "Service functions" menu item.
Lift floor trim panel (1) and fold to side.
Pull out soundproofing sheet (2).
Pull off cover of rotating-speed sensor upward.
Release plug connector (1) and pull off.
Unfasten screws (2) and remove rotating-speed sensor.
Installation:
Ensure proper locking of the plug connector.
