Removing and installing complete left or right
rear spring strut shock absorber
Caution!
Check oil level after installation,
refer to 32 13 006 .
Lift rear axle. After 2 mins. this causes accumulator to discharge
and line on shock absorber can be unfastened.
Seal opened connections with protective caps.
Installation:
Tightening torque, 37 12 1AZ.
Subsequent procedure is identical to Removing spring strut shock
absorber,
refer to 33 52 100 .
Installation:
Fit pipe so that it is free of tension.
Make sure it is cleanly routed with rubber grommet on spring
strut line holder.
