Clean connection point.
Manufacture reinforcement plate and fit.
Reinforcement plate width = approx. 60 mm
Drill holes in C-pillar for plug welding of the reinforcement plate.
Clean connection point and reinforcement plate.
Coat reinforcement plate and connection point on spare part with
zinc dust paint.
Insert reinforcement plate approx. 30 mm into cover for side
member and weld up.
Secure reinforcement plate and weld up.
Grind down mating surfaces.
Fit in, clamp and weld C-pillar replacement section.
Grind down connection point.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Tin out entrance and C-pillar joint and grind down.
