Remove rear side panel.
Location of foam rubber parts,
refer to 41 00 ... Arrangement of shaped parts for cavity sealing
Important!
In the area of the foam, heat up the side panel and separate
from the foam.
Extract vapors and provide good ventilation.
Remove the scrap sheet metal, align the joint surfaces.
Adjust the replacement part to fit, determine and mark the
separating point.
Remove the replacement part.
Separate the replacement part.
Manufacture and fit reinforcement plate side panel / C-pillar.
Clean the vehicle and replacement part joint surfaces.
