Removing and installing / replacing float
switch for left or right gutter on glass slide/tilt
sunroof
Open glass sunroof.
Press wind deflector (1) down.
Release screw (2) on left or right and remove bearing (3).
Installation:
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 54 12 7AZ
Turn lever upwards and remove to the outside.
Release screw (1) and remove float (2).
Installation:
Check sealing surfaces and remove any contaminants (use
vacuum cleaner only, do not blow through with compressed
air).
Fit screw (1) with spacer bushing (3).
Check float for ease of movement.
