Replacing both distributor rotors (M73)
Switch off ignition.
Remove left distributor cap,
refer to 12 11 096
Remove right distributor cap,
refer to 12 11 098
Unscrew bolts. Remove distributor rotor.
For tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 12 11 2AZ
Note:
Check distributor rotor and distributor cap for hairline cracks
and traces of scorching. If any are present, establish the
cause and replace corresponding component.
