Removing and installing/replacing alternator
(liquid-cooled) (M73)
Switch off ignition.
Follow instructions for disconnecting and connecting battery,
refer to General Information MG 12.
Disconnect battery negative leads from battery and lay to one
side.
Remove complete left intake filter housing,
refer to 13 71 010.
Remove radiator,
refer to 17 11 000.
Note:
Follow instructions for working on cooling system,
refer to 17 00 ...
