Unfasten hose clip and remove vacuum hose for brake booster.

Remove heating valve from bracket and place on manifold.

Unfasten top nuts in exhaust manifolds for cylinders 10 to 12,
remove heat baffle plate (1) and unfasten bottom nuts.

Installation:

Coat thread with -CRC- copper paste.

Replace nuts.

Tightening torque,

refer to Technical Data 11 62 1AZ

Installation:

Fit gaskets (1) with smooth side facing the cylinder head.

RA  Removing and installing / replacing both left exhaust manifolds (M73)
