Removing and installing / sealing or replacing
pipe for secondary air induction (cylinder
bank 1-6) (M73)
Remove non-return valve for cylinder bank 1 to 6,
refer to 11 72 052
Remove guide tube for dipstick,
refer to 11 43 000
Remove right distributor cap (cylinder bank 1 to 6),
refer to 12 11 098
Remove spark plug connector for cylinder bank 1 to 6.
Unfasten nut and remove ignition wiring harness (1).
Unfasten screw connection for heat baffle plate on exhaust
manifold of cylinders 1 to 3. (top nuts on exhaust manifold)
Unfasten flanges (1 and 2).
