Caution!
When welding in the foam area, note hazard of combustion;
only weld short seams at a time and allow adequate time for
cooling.
Weld the joint surface in the interior.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Prepare and fit the plate insert for the cut-out area of the B-column
exterior plate.
Clean the joint surfaces.
Fit and weld the plate insert.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Solder coat and grind down the joint surface of the B-column
exterior plate.
Solder coat and grind down the front and back of the joint surfaces
of the cover for the side member.
