7 Series E38 L7 (M73) SAL
Separate wheel arch over connection point engine support.
Caution!
Avoid damage to adjacent sheet metal parts.
Remove wheel arch.
Remove remaining panels from connection point in partition wall
on carrier plate, end wall and engine support, then grind down
connection point.
Align connection point on end wall, A-column and carrier support
and grind down.
On spare wheel arch, clean connection points at front:
clean wheel arch / end wall,
wheel arch / carrier plate.
Note:
The diagram shows the front wheel arch without attached carrier
support.
