Replacing fan cowl (M57TU, M57T2)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove fan clutch
•
Remove radiator design cover
Note:
The fan cowl can only be removed in conjunction with the fan
clutch.
Release screws along line.
Remove front wall (1).
Note:
Illustrations show M67.
Illustrations show M67:
Unfasten screws.
Unclip line (1).
Remove radiator cover (2).
Version with AUC sensor on fan cowl:
Unlock plug (1) on AUC sensor and disconnect.
Unclip plug connection (2).
If necessary, unclip AUC sensor.
Remove fan cowl with fan clutch.
