Removing and installing rear muffler (M57T2)
Special tools required:
•
31 2 220
Warning!
Danger of burning and other injuries!
Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.
Removal of the exhaust system must be carried out with the
assistance of a second person.
Note:
Weight of exhaust system is approx. 40 kg.
Support exhaust system with special tool 31 2 220 .
Release bolts on diesel particulate filter (1).
Installation:
Replace seal.
Replace self-locking nuts.
