7 Series E65 730d (M57TU) SAL
Secure starter motor (1) with transmission screw (2) against
falling out.
Release screw (3) and place grounding strap (4) to one side.
Release lock (1)
Remove turbocharger hoses (2).
Release A/C compressor (3).
Dynamic Drive special equipment:
Secure all connecting leads with cable ties against falling down.
Unlock and detach water hoses (1).
Unlock and detach heating hoses (2).
Remove alternator drive belt.
Installation:
Quick-release couplings of water hoses are correctly fitted when
they snap into place with a clearly audible click.
Release power steering pump (1) and place to one side.
Note:
Secure power steering pump (1) with cable tie against falling
down.
