Mark severance cuts (1) in middle of bulkhead support carrier and
cut.
Caution!
Cut outer plate only for severance cuts (1).
Open weld joints in areas (2).
View from vehicle floorpan:
Open weld joints in areas (1).
Open weld joints in areas (1).
Heat areas (2) and (3) with hot air blower to release bond
underneath.
Installation information:
Spot-weld in areas (2).
Bond area (3).
Adjust new parts to fit with straightening attachment or universal
mount.
