Adjusting rear lid lock (lower section of rear
lid lock)
Note:
Rear lid must be correctly adjusted before adjustment of Soft
Close Automatic.
If necessary
adjust rear lid to fit.
For ideal adjustment, refer to Body gap dimensions.
Important!
Once plug connection to servomotor has been disconnected,
rear lid can only be opened with central key (1).
Button (2) then does not function.
Insert central key (1) in lock cylinder.
Note:
This illustration displays the side view of the eccentric pin in the
lower section of the trunk lid lock.

Top dead centre
Rear lid lock upper section unlocked

Bottom dead centre
Rear lid lock upper section locked
Lock rear lid lock upper section with a screwdriver.
Eccentric pin of rear lid lock lower section must now be at bottom
dead centre.
