Removing and installing/replacing four-bar
lever on left or right rear seat backrest
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove rear head restraint.
•
Remove trim for armrest at rear.
Remove cover (1) upwards out of guide (2).
Detach cover (1) from Velcro-type fastener (5), pull out of
guide (4) and lift out completely.
Release nuts (3).
Installation:
Insert nuts (3) with Loctite.
Tightening torque, 52 25 1AZ
.
Note:
Backrest is secured with three nuts to body (nut at top/outside is
not fitted as standard).
Release screws (1) and remove four-bar lever (2).
