Removing and installing/replacing drive unit
for longitudinal seat adjustment
Unclip trim in upper rail at front (1) in direction of arrow and
remove.
Unclip outer trim on upper rail (1) at front in direction of arrow and
feed out towards rear.
Version up to 03/2003:
Cut through cable tie (1).
Disconnect plug connection (2).
Unscrew nuts (1). If necessary, grip screws and remove from drive
unit for longitudinal seat adjustment (2).
