Removing and installing / replacing all
pistons (M67)
Special tools required:

(engine removed)
Remove and install left cylinder head,
refer to 11 12 105.
Remove and install right cylinder head,
refer to 11 12 106.
Remove upper oil sump section,
refer to 11 13 510.
Remove engine support arm on left and right.
Remove left and right exhaust manifolds together with
turbocharger.
Screw special tool 11 8 100 onto engine on left and right with
commercially available M8 screws. Raise engine on special tool
00 1 450 and secure.
Removal:
Removal of all pistons is described separately from installation.
Assembly sequence for removal and installation is different.
