Removing and installing/replacing hydraulic
chain tensioner for cylinders 5 - 8 (M67)
Unscrew bolts (1).
Take off cover (2).
Loosen screws (1).
Remove acoustic cover (2).
Release clamps (1).
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 65 10AZ.
Disconnect pressure hose (2).
Disconnect plug (3).
Release cable tie (4).
Pull off vacuum hose (5).
Release clamp (1).
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 71 1AZ.
Release screws (2).
Remove EGR valve (3).
Installation:
Replace gasket.
