7 Series E65 740d (M67) SAL
Release screws, remove secondary air pipe (1).
Release screw (2) on turbocharger (4).
Tightening torque, 11 65 1AZ
.
Slacken screws (3) on turbocharger (4).
Tightening torque, 11 65 1AZ
.
Installation:
Replace sealing ring (1).
Release screws, remove cover (1).
Release screw connections, remove grounding strap (2).
Release both screws and clamp. Remove oil return pipe (1).
Unlock pressure pipe (4) at intercooler and detach.
Release screw (2), slacken screw (3). Turn fastener and remove
pressure pipe (4).
