7 Series E65 740d (M67) SAL
Release and disconnect coolant hoses (1).
Unfasten screws.
Raise coolant expansion tank (2).

Installation:
When installing coolant expansion tank:
Insert locating pin (1) in rubber grommet (2).
Unlock and detach plug (1) from coolant level sensor.
Unlock and detach coolant hose (2).
Remove coolant expansion tank (3).
Illustrations show N62:
Note:
Tank mark indicates the coolant level at approx. 20
°
C.
Use only recommended coolant.
Slowly fill expansion tank with coolant up to max. fill level.
Vent cooling system and check for leaks.
