Removing and installing/replacing centre
muffler (M67, M67TU)
Special tools required:
•
00 2 210
Warning!
Scalding hazard!
Only perform these tasks after exhaust system has cooled
down.
Cutting line between centre muffler (2) and catalytic
converter (1).
Determine pipe lengths on new centre muffler.
Carry over dimensions to faulty centre muffler (2) and mark
cutting lines.
Note:
Both cutting lines are offset!
Cut both exhaust pipes with special tool 00 2 210 at marked
points and deburr.
