Correcting fluid level in hydraulic unit for rear
lid actuation (electrohydraulic-fully automatic)
Caution!
Do not under any circumstance remove fluid tank from
hydraulic unit.
Use fluid from "Small parts for hydraulic unit" set.
Note:
Hydraulic unit removed.
•
Follow notes and instructions for automatic rear lid actuation
(electrohydraulic-fully automatic).
Ideal filling:
Set hydraulic unit (1) down on a horizontal surface (4).
Damper (3) and valve (5) must not rest on surface.
Check distance (B) from middle of marking (2) to lower edge of
hydraulic unit (1).
B = 45
±
1 mm
After correction, fluid level (2) must be in upper area (A) of
marking (2).
Correcting fluid level:
Release screws (1).
Detach electric motor (2) with drive flange (3) from pump
carrier (4).
Installation:
Tightening torque, 51 24 3AZ
.
Installation:
Replace sealing ring (1) on drive flange (2).
