Engage sleeve in bulkhead with tabs.

Note:

Make sure sleeve is correctly seated.

Note:

For purposes of clarity, this task is shown with the sleeve
removed.

Lubricate bushing (1) with silicone grease and press into
sleeve (2) from car interior.
