7 Series E65 740i (N62TU) SAL
Release screws (1) and carefully remove control unit (2) from
hydraulic unit.
Installation:
Replace screws.
Check sealing face (1) for damage (visual inspection).
Clean sealing surface (1). When doing so, do not use tools with
sharp edges or aggressive cleaning agents.
Check contact lugs (2) for corrosion or damage.
Note:
Replace hydraulic unit if sealing surface (1) or contact lugs (2)
is/are damaged.
Carefully push control unit (1) onto hydraulic unit (2).
Important!
Solenoid coils must not be jammed!
Housing edge of control unit (1) must slide over shoulder on
hydraulic unit (2).
