Removing and installing / replacing front
underbody protection
Except BMW ALPINA B7:
Release expansion rivets (1).
Release screws (2).
Release catches in area (A) and remove underbody
protection (3) towards rear.
Installation:
Ensure correct seating.
Centre underbody protection (3) and secure.
Version with rough road package:
Release screws (1).
Release screws (2) and remove underbody protection (3)
downwards
Installation:
Replace screws (2).
Tightening torque 31 10 9AZ
.
BMW ALPINA B7:
Release screws (1) and remove holder (2).
Release retaining elements (3) and remove underbody
protection (4).
When replacing - except BMW ALPINA B7:
Release screws (1).
Release catches (2) and remove lip (3).
