Removing and installing/replacing exhaust
gas recirculation cooler (EGR cooler) (M67TU)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Instructions for working on cooling system.
Drain coolant from radiator
•
Remove intake air manifold
Warning!
Scalding hazard!
Only perform these tasks on an engine that has cooled down.
Release screws.
Remove EGR cooler (1) on right.
Release screws.
Remove EGR cooler (1) on left.
