Replacing air filter element (N62, ALPINA B7)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove clean air pipe
Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Release screws and remove air-mass meter (2).
Tightening torque max. 2 Nm.
Unclip hose (3).
Open clips (4).
Raise upper section (5) of intake filter housing and remove.
Remove air filter element (1).
Installation:
Clean upper and lower sections of intake filter housing from
inside.
Installation:
•
Insert new air filter element (1) at an angle into lower section
of intake filter housing.
•
Coat seal of air filter element with suitable antiseize agent.
