7 Series E65 745i (N62) SAL
Unfasten clip.
Tightening torque: 5 Nm.
Detach charge-air hose (1) from intercooler.
Feed out charge-air pipe (2) downwards and remove.
Release clamps.
Tightening torque: 5 Nm.
Press radiator core forwards slightly and detach and remove
charge-air hose (1).
Important!
Charge-air hoses with clamp fastenings must be installed dry
and free from grease!
If the charge-air hoses are not fitted dry and without grease,
this may cause supercharger system failure!
Unlock and detach vent hose (1).
Unlock connector (2) and remove.
Loosen retainers.
Raise upper section (3) of intake filter housing in direction of
arrow and remove.
