Fitting trim strip:
Place trim strip (1) on rear lid (2) and centre.
Observe gap dimension between trim strip (1) at top and rear
lid (2).
A = 0 mm
Detach a liner* a few centimetres and press on trim strip (1)
gently.
Check position and if necessary realign.
Pull off both liners* in stages and stick on trim strip (1).
Minimum application pressure is achieved by applying firm thumb
pressure in stages over the entire joining surface (hold time
approx. 1 second).
Firm thumb pressure approx. 35 N/cm
2
.
* Liner is the protective film on a new trim strip.
