Removing and installing / replacing
decorative strip on front left or right door
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Open door window.
•
Remove mirror on front door
Lever out plastic rivet (3).
Lever seal (2) out of decorative strip (1).
Installation:
During installation, attach decorative strip (1) first at rear to door
edge (4).
Decorative strip (1) must match trim (5).
Note:
Start pulling off decorative strip (1) at front (A) and disconnect at
rear (B).
Detach decorative strip (1) in direction of arrow.
Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty clips (1 and 2) on decorative
strip (3).
