Removing and installing/replacing relay for
glow plugs (M57)
Switch off ignition.
Instructions for disconnecting and connecting battery.
Battery negative lead: Detach terminal clip on battery and remove
and cover battery negative lead.
If malfunctions have occurred at the glow plugs, it is essential to
check the fusible link.
Detach sealing strips (1).
Turn tommy bar through approx. 90
°
.
Remove cover.
Release lock (1).
Remove air funnel (2) towards top.
