Removing and installing or replacing front
stabilizer (M54)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove push rods from stabilizer
•
Lower front axle support
After installation:
•
Carry out steering angle sensor adjustment
Remove both rubber mounts (1..2).
Take off stabilizer.
Installation:
Keep rubber mounts, retaining bracket and stabilizer clean and
free from grease.
If necessary, replace rubber mount.
