Removing and installing/replacing DSC yaw
sensor
Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against
electrostatic damage (ESD protection).
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove rear cup holder.
The yaw sensor also contains the function of the transversal
acceleration sensor. After replacing yaw sensor, carry out
adjustment of yaw sensor and transversal acceleration sensor with
DIS (Diagnosis and Information System) under menu item
"Service functions".
Release screws (1) and (2).
Installation:
Ensure correct seating during installation.
Tightening torque, 34 51 8AZ .
Unlock plug connection and detach.
Installation:
Ensure proper locking of plug connector.
