Open welding spots (1).
Open welding spots (1) and weld seam (2).
Take off side panel.
Mark new part in accordance with previous severance cuts (1), cut
and adapt to body.
Drill areas (2) for plug welding.
Clean all connection points to body and coat with weld primer.
Make reinforcement plates (1) approx. 50 mm in length from old
part, clean and coat with weld primer. Clean and drill insertion
areas for reinforcement plates on body. Slide reinforcement plates
(1) into body up to halfway and plug-weld.
Clean all connection points (2) to side panel and coat with weld
primer.
Apply window adhesive to cavity bulkhead (3).
