Retrofitting seat angle adjuster on front seat
(normal/manual)
Special tools required:
•
51 2 100
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove front seat
•
Remove actuating unit
Release screws (1).
Release screw (2).
Installation:
Replace Taptite screws (1 & 2).
Remove connecting plate (3).
Slide O-ring (1) on left and right onto shaft. Make sure O-rings
are correctly located between seat angle adjuster and seat pan.
Install seat angle adjuster in seat pan and seat mechanism.
Replace Taptite screws (2) and insert.
Tightening torque 52 10 16AZ
.
Replace Taptite screws (3) and insert.
Tightening torque 52 10 17AZ
.
