X Series E53 X5 4.6is (M62) OFFRD
Slacken the bolts (1) on the A/C
compressor bracket.
Secure base plate (1) below with new
hexagon bolts M8x25 (2) and
washers.
Tightening torque: 22 Nm
Secure base plate (1) above at the A/C
compressor bracket with new hexagon
bolts M8x135 (2).
Tightening torque: 22 Nm
Preassemble the belt tensioner (1) as
follows:
Screw M8x45 bolt (2) about 3 turns
into the base plate (3).
Prefit M8x16 bolt (4).
Fitting torque: 3 Nm
