Removing and installing/replacing carbon
canister

Removing fuel tank underbody protection on left:

This work step is described in Removing fuel tank,

refer to 16 11 030.

Note:

Unlock connections on carbon canister with special tool
16 1 050.

Disconnect connections (1) to (3).

Release screws (1).

Remove activated carbon canister downward.
