Caution!
Do not let propeller shaft fall into joints.
Joints and rubber sleeve can be damaged on constant-
velocity joint.
Bend propeller shaft downwards at center bearing and remove
from transmission output flange. Tie propeller shaft to one side
with a cord or wire.
Unlock cable connector and remove.
Unclip cable from transmission housing.
Unlock and remove cable connector (1).
Pull cable connector (2) off impulse sensor.
Caution!
Readjust pulse generator if it is converted to a new
transmission.
This operation is described in the section "Replacing pulse
generator (M62)".
