Note:

For purposes of clarity, illustration shows heater/air conditioner
removed.

Turn control wheel in center of fresh air grill (1) in direction of
arrow to end position.

Unclip cable.

Release screws (2).

Remove cover (3).

Remove sound insulation (1).

Release screws (1) and remove plates (2). 

Pull lines apart a little and remove expansion valve (3).

Installation:

Replace sealing rings.
