Removing and installing/replacing carrier for
front bumper trim
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove front bumper trim
Partially detaching brake air duct (depending on engine version):
Release expansion rivet (1).
Release screw (2).
Release catch (3).
Disconnect plug connection (1) on fanfare horn on left/right
If necessary, release hose holder (2) for headlight washer
system.
Version with Park Distance Control (PDC):
Release plug connection on right inner side of member by turning
through 45
°
